1. These terms

By placing an order on this site you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you check out.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the accuracy of the delivery address on your account. We may suspend an account that is used fraudulently.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe every product and list its full ingredient deck as accurately as we can. Screen colour varies, so shades may look slightly different in person. Cosmetic products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose or treat any condition.

4. Patch testing

Please patch test a new product on a small area of skin for 24 hours before full use. Stop using a product if irritation develops and contact us.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Orders on this store are cash on delivery: you pay the courier when the parcel arrives. We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch, and will contact you first if we do.

6. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order if a product is out of stock, if the delivery address is outside our serviceable area, or if we suspect fraud.

7. Delivery

We dispatch within two business days and delivery usually takes three to seven business days depending on the pin code. Delivery is free above the free-delivery threshold shown in your bag; below it a flat delivery fee applies.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel an order from your account at any point before it is marked shipped. After dispatch, please refuse the parcel at the door or contact us to arrange a return.

9. Returns and refunds

Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened makeup or skincare unless the product is faulty or was damaged in transit — in that case tell us within 48 hours with a photograph and we will replace or refund it in full.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
