1. What we collect

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. We need all four to process and deliver an order. When you place an order we additionally store what you bought, when, and the address it went to.

2. Why we collect it

• To fulfil your order — your name, phone and address are shared with our delivery partner. They receive nothing else.
• To contact you about an order — confirmation, dispatch and delivery updates by email and SMS.
• To answer enquiries — messages sent through our contact form are kept for two years.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to, and every marketing email carries a working unsubscribe link.

4. Payment information

Orders on this store are cash on delivery. We do not collect, process or store card numbers, UPI IDs or bank details.

5. How long we keep it

Order records are retained for eight years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete the account.

6. Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. You can edit your own name, phone and address at any time from your account page. Write to the privacy address below and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use a small number of functional cookies and browser storage entries to keep you signed in and to remember your shopping bag between visits. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

8. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for material changes, email registered customers.
